# bitcoin.tax

## Download CSV

* Select `bitcointax` in the download CSV prompt.

## Import CSV

* Go to <https://bitcoin.tax/home#trading> (Trading tab)
* Under Trading Tab,
  * Select Import Trades -> "Bitcoin.Tax CSV" (very lower right)
  * Enter any Account Name (i.e. "terra")
* Upload CSV according to instructions.

That's it!

You'll notice that Trading/Income/Spending transactions are split into 3 tabs.  The CSV includes transactions across all 3 categories.

## Notes

#### Omitted transactions

All transactions starting with underscore are omitted from the bitcoin.tax CSV (i.e. \_LP\_WITHDRAW).  This means these transactions must be imported into bitcoin.tax manually (or ignored where appropriate).
